A newly reconstructed building in a quiet quarter of Vinohrady. The aparthouse offers 8 apartments, 7 from them with furnished kitchen, bathroom equipped with bathtub or shower. Some apartments has satellite TV. The building is equipped with an elevator, connected to the underground garage - with 12 parking spaces. The aparthouse is located only 10 minutes from the Wenceslav square (1300 m) and is easily reachable by walking and by tram or Metro. All services are within a short walk: restaurants, internet cafe, supermarket etc. Price includes cleaning services (daily) of the apartment - including towel and bedding changes. Guarded parking 200 CZK/day. Credit Cards not accepted, payment in cash required. Breakfast for 100 CZK/person available in next-door Pension.
