We have just come back from the Czech Republic, where we stayed at the Residence Praga 1. The hotel in our opinion was fantastic, with excellent service. We stayed in a double room and it was very big and quiet. Combined with a safe as well as a minibar, and satellite tv, it was very comfortable. The reception staff where there 24/7 and spoke excellent english. It's also very central and close to all the main tourist attractions, and also 2 minute walk from a popular tram stop 'Karlovo Namesti'. Here you can catch a number 22, or 23 tram to go to Prague Castle. We also went on a cruise down the vlatava river which was fantastic. All in all, a great city with a great hotel.
